À la carte
Your needs are sporadic? Then, you can choose to be invoiced as per our fee schedule which offers you a rate per word (for translation and proofreading) or hourly fees for the other services.
By project
You have a specific project? A price for the whole project may be more convenient under these circumstances. Once we know the details of the project, we will submit a detailed quotation with a global amount for the work to be done.
Reservation of a specific time frame
You predict a recurring need for a virtual assistant and wish to develop a long-term business relationship? A reservation for a specific time frame may be more advantageous under these circumstances. This approach allows you to reserve a monthly time frame. This period will be reserved exclusively for you.
Other charges
Other charges may be added to cover expenses incurred during the execution of the mandate. These could be related to courier fees, travelling expenses, graphic design expenses, material or specialized resources. If additional charges are anticipated, you will be informed in advance and your authorization will be required prior to incurring the expense.
